Plant Head - Fast Moving Consumer Goods
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure the plant meets production targets.
- Ensure smooth production processes and efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and support plant employees
- Ensure products meet company standards and safety regulations
- Implement safety measures to protect employees and the environment
- Monitor plant budget and control costs
- Ensure the plant follows health, safety, and environmental guidelines
Job Requirement
- Having more than 10 years of proven hand overseeing, managing, and coordinating all the plant departments (manufacturing and support functions), especially in food processing/production manufacturing
- Manages external relationships with Authorities and respects local regulations within a culture that respects the group’s rules and values
- As a role model of following compliance and setting high standards for continuous improvement
- Drives result by a powerful leadership to leverage relevant resources under complexity
- Expert with World Class Manufacturing programs preferred such as Lean, 5S, 6 Sigma, Kaizen
- Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, strategic management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good English with minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Processing, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Engineering or other related field
