Job Description

  • Identify marketing opportunities for Derivative products in Indonesia, size of the potential markets, price acceptance for each market and potential customers for both fertilizer and feed productions including doing trials of products & registration as fertilizers and feed raw materials based Indonesian regulations
  • Develop and implement derivative sales strategies to manage commodity price risks
  • Maintain relationships with clients, traders, and financial institutions to ensure optimal execution of derivative contracts
  • Prepare reports on derivative performance, risks, and financial impacts
  • Negotiate terms of contracts with counterparties and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant financial instruments, market changes, and compliance regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize procurement processes by integrating hedging strategies

Job Requirement

  • Good English with minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or other related fields
  • Having more than 8 years of successful end-to-end Sales/Business Development working experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for creating strong relationships based on trust with a large range of customers (farmers, fertilizer and feed producers, agri-distributors, farming experts and adviser)
  • High level of motivation/can-do attitude, open-minded, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous since the position will have frequent trips to all over Indonesia with a priority given to markets located closely
