Sales Manager (Fully Remote) - Multinational IOT Solution Company
The successful Sales Manager should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally within the IoT, CCTV, or security sectors. Candidates should deeply understand the IoT, CCTV, and security industries, including knowledge of the latest technologies, trends, and competitors.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Led, mentored, and motivated the nationwide sales team, setting clear goals and targets for individual team members. Provide guidance and support to help the team achieve their sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction to promote long-term customer loyalty.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and product offerings as necessary.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's product offering to communicate its value effectively to customers.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and budget plans to ensure the company meets its revenue targets—track and report on sales performance against these forecasts regularly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and market research. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while protecting the company's interests.
- Regularly generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Share sales performance metrics with the executive team.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and sales tools to streamline operations.
- Depending on the company's reach and client base, the Sales Manager may need to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and build relationships.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive experience in IoT, CCTV, and security industries is essential. A strong understanding of security technology, surveillance systems, IoT (Intercom, access control, smart locks, etc.), or construction materials (doors, lights, blinds, waterproofing, etc.) is required.
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably a B2B sales role in the security industry. Experience in selling complex technical solutions is a significant advantage.
- The ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including setting sales targets, forecasting, and adapting to market changes.
- A strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Exhibited leadership and team management skills, including your ability to recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and competitor strategies to make informed decisions and boost performance.
- A well-established network of contacts within the security and IoT industry can be valuable for generating leads and building partnerships.
