- Handling end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office & Branch in Indonesia
- Identifying the organization's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Develop networking channels for a new candidate or talent search across Indonesia
- Design, implement and develop effective organization and change management strategies.
