Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential clients and arranging meetings.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
  • Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Screening candidates and drawing up the shortlists of candidates to be interviewed.
  • Conducting confidential interviews.
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with existing clients.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Have a proven track record min. 1 year in headhunting/recruitment/business development/sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a winning mentality.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a strong analytical skills.
  • proficiency in English.
