Job Description

  • To maximize sales opportunities by sourcing new and extension business by successfully developing and promoting the complete range of services
  • To focus on large-scale opportunities that present significant growth opportunities for the company
  • To focus on sourcing new projects and opportunities by maximizing information/leads from all forms of media, internal sources, industry news and customer/prospect relationships
  • To provide accurate reporting on forward sales opportunities through the Sales Pipeline/system
  • Increasing sales opportunities by participating in associations, exhibitions, conferences, functions, corporate events
  • To involve account management, operations, finance personnel in the implementation of new business

Job Requirement

  • Independent self-starter with excellent communication and management skills. “Hungry” with something to prove. A “Hunter” not a “Farmer”
  • Demonstrated experience in Business-to-Business consultative selling, particularly in the area of intangible services.
  • At least 5 years working experience in a Key Account Management role or Business Development Manager for a MNC
  • Strong English/Bahasa verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Creative, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on, and demonstrates planning and project management skills.
  • Be result-driven and able to balance various demands to ensure all objectives and deadlines are achieved.
  • Possess service-centred mindset. Evidence of a satisfied customer base in former sales roles.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, financial; presentation and human relations skills.
  • Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willing to travel to site visit
