Job Description

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or employee recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and create HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, promotions, demotions, job rotations, payroll administration, issuing warning letters and disciplinary actions if required, etc.
  • Maintaining personnel database (attendance, overtime, work schedule, employee transfer, leave) & HRIS.
  • Maintain and improve employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their duties by creating and implementing orientation and training programs.
  • Build and maintain appropriate relationships with employees and other HR functions and broader HR teams such as HRSSC, HRBP, Talent Acquisitions, Total Rewards, Leadership team, etc., to ensure overall company goals/performance is met.
  • External communication with third parties such as vendors, government, legal counsel, etc.
  • Ensure Integrity and compliance with company policies related to HR work.
  • Support Management in developing and implementing new company policies or procedures.
  • Carry out other HR tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably focusing on HR Operations, HR Admin, or HR Generalist.
  • Good working knowledge and experience in the keys HR Processes, Roles, and Responsibilities across the HR Lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of Employment Law.
  • Good understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll, Engagement, etc.
  • Proven self-starter, responsible, possess people skills, and tenacious.
  • Well organized, decisive, possess the solid problem-solving ability, assertive, honest, high level of integrity, and attention to detail.
