Job Description

Ideal Candidates:
The Corporate Recruitment Specialist is a highly skilled recruiter who has prior technical recruiting experience including with higher level positions The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience, within a high volume corporate or agency setting, either as a recruiter, staffing coordinator, sourcing or recruiting assistant that is seeking to move into a corporate recruiting role

Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage the company’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), various career portals, and online channels.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Manager to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. 
  • Ensure that each division within the company submits its annual manpower requisition to the recruitment plan strategy.
  • Create and determine job descriptions, selection criteria, and interview questions for candidates that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews to see the coherency of the candidate's competencies, background, and experience with the position requirement.
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain an actively organized data of applicants for various positions; manage records and paperwork to ensure candidate data sufficient to be recorded as new employees.
  • Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirements based on the supply/demand of certain positions, whether to pursue through databank search, advertisement, or from internal and external sources.
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.

Job Requirement

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or  Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Recruitment area, especially in interviewing candidates at all levels (Having experience in a Mining, Property, or Technology Company is preferable).
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • An understanding of talent distribution and the various strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline; ability to creatively identify new solutions to unlock the talent pipeline and remove roadblocks to ensure efficiency
  • Has advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms and processes that attract suitable applicants.
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates compile shortlists, and interview candidates.
  • Has working knowledge of state and federal regulations that will affect the recruitment and hiring portions of employment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially discussing and negotiating with various People dan cultures.
  • Strength project management skills in managing multiple projects and ensuring meeting targets.
  • Has hands-on experience in crafting and driving recruitment initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Willing to Business Trip in Remote Areas (Mining / Oil & Gas Sites).
