Job Description

Ideal Candidates:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Take leadership in financial matters of any and all company projects and/or initiatives.
  • Provide financial counsel and analysis for proposed strategic growth and demand generation initiatives, monitor local operations performance against financial.
  • Ensures that financial information provided for global consolidation is accurate and in line with local and international accounting standards and with legal and fiscal requirements.
  • Identify trends and provide the management insights to grow their organization and profitability.
  • Review and handle COGS & Pricing Analysis and various tax reports.
  • Value Chain Analysis and suggestions to management for improving the margin analysis. Also, handling pricing analysis.
  • Please make sure that the internal financial controls and administrative procedures are maintained.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting activities and monthly forecasting process.
  • Develop and lead a high-performance financial workforce through the effective implementation of talent acquisition and retention programs.
  • Ensures compliance with external and internal reporting deadlines and requirements.
  • Comply with the Company Code of Ethics and Corporate Governance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the same position for more than ten years (Including five years as a Finance Controller or corporate level), preferably from an Agribusiness company or related industry.
  • At least hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Hold a CMA or CA certification is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge and familiarity with Corporate Finance; Financial Controlling; Financial Consolidation reports; Tax Planning, and budgeting.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Open-minded personality and communicative.
  • Firm and consistent in decision and action.
